Project Overview:
The Vision Library, located at the Catholic University in Erbil (CUE), spanning 2,650 square meters, provides a warm and inviting environment for both CUE students and the public. The construction of Vision Library was fully funded by Vision Education, demonstrating its commitment to fostering a culture of knowledge and learning in the region.
The library is designed to house an extensive collection of over 20,000 books, with digital sources available through the e-library. Its comprehensive catalog spans a broad spectrum of subjects, ranging from science and mathematics to social sciences and arts. The collection is multilingual, encompassing works in English, Arabic, Kurdish, Assyrian, Farsi, Italian, French, Latin, Swedish, Dutch, Korean, and Japanese.
The Vision Library serves as a crucial resource and study space for readers. The construction was completed successfully on August 1, 2022, and the library officially opened its doors to the public on September 23, 2023. This marked a significant milestone in the academic and cultural landscape of Erbil.
